What is a FFL?
A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is a license issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) that enables individuals at a company to engage in business pertaining to the manufacture, importation and interstate/intrastate sales of firearms and ammunition. FFL is also used to describe a Federal Firearms Licensee or firearms dealers.
What happens once I ship my Weapon?
When CashForWeapons.com receives your weapon, it is logged into our system and then goes to the gunsmith for verification and inspection. It is ran through the stolen guns database to ensure it is not a stolen weapon and serial numbers are inspected. We also verify condition with the pictures that we received. Verify that the weapon is operational or not and inspect all original packaging. Not often but sometimes the weapon does not meet what was submitted. If there are any discrepancies, you will be notified. We have been buying guns for several years. Our process is safe and efficient.
